Lead end-to-end IT and OT service delivery for a manufacturing site, serving as the primary on-site authority bridging site operations, engineering, lab, and corporate IT. Manage IT/OT team members and vendors, ensure governance and ITIL-aligned service levels, and oversee OT cybersecurity, secure OT architecture, and IT-OT network integration. Provide hands-on Tier I/II support and drive continuous improvement through capital and operational projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary IT and OT point of contact for site leadership and manufacturing operations.
•Manage and coordinate IT services across infrastructure, endpoints, networks, telecommunications, security, and OT platforms.
•Provide direction, coaching, and performance management for site IT/OT team members and contractors.
•Maintain OT cybersecurity posture, including secure architectures, segmentation, access controls, monitoring, and remediation.
•Oversee IT-OT network administration and provide Tier I/II on-site technical support with escalation for incidents and service restoration.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
•7–10 years of progressive IT operations experience, including manufacturing/industrial environments.
•5+ years supporting OT systems, system administration, and IT-OT integration.
•Experience managing IT service delivery, vendors, and technical staff.
•Strong understanding of ITIL processes, change management, and cybersecurity frameworks.
•Working knowledge of system security practices and cybersecurity frameworks.
