Job Summary

Lead and develop a team of Studio Operations professionals to improve workforce planning, staffing, utilization, and delivery health across multiple business units. Drive operational excellence by enhancing processes, workflows, and operating standards, and monitor studio performance using capacity planning and metrics. Serve as the escalation point for complex delivery and workflow challenges while partnering with Studio Leaders, Project Managers, Account, Creative, and other teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop Studio Operations professionals, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
•Own workforce planning, staffing, utilization, and capacity across multiple business units.
•Improve studio efficiency by enhancing processes, workflows, and operational standards.
•Monitor studio health using capacity planning, workload distribution, forecasting, and performance metrics.
•Act as the operational escalation point and partner cross-functionally to resolve operational issues and improve execution.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience leading operations, workforce planning, resource management, or delivery teams in a creative, agency, consulting, or professional services environment.
•Strong understanding of capacity planning, utilization management, staffing, and operational performance.
•Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

•Analytical mindset using operational data to drive decisions, continuous improvement, and sound operational judgment.
