Operations Analyst

Support the Operations team by improving efficiency across company-wide projects and helping launch and execute new initiatives. Lead project analysis and decision-making across multiple scenarios, considering client satisfaction, cost control, and profitability. Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, while identifying improvement opportunities and shaping continuous improvement processes—especially in logistics and operations.
