Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver safe nursing care to a defined patient population using the nursing process.
  • •Assess patient signs, symptoms, reactions, behaviors, and determine normal vs abnormal characteristics.
  • •Ensure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards, measuring outcomes, and making or recommending necessary adjustments.
  • •Administer medications and therapeutic agents, perform skin tests/immunizations/phlebotomy, and initiate peripheral venous access as needed.
  • •Plan and implement patient care, initiate emergency procedures when indicated, document direct/indirect care in the electronic medical record, and communicate with the health care team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • •Minimum 3 years of nursing experience (required).
  • •At least 1 year of experience in GCC (preferred).
  • •Demonstrated patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills aligned with the QCHP Nursing/Midwifery Competency Framework and Scope of Practice.
  • •Proficiency expected across nursing care, pharmacology/medication management, wound care, and documentation responsibilities.
