Follow safety-first practices, support rotating shifts and overtime needs, and improve reliability through problem-solving and continuous-improvement methods like 5S, RCA, and LEAN.

Key Responsibilities

•Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair engine-driven and DC electric-powered mobile equipment.
•Inspect, service, and repair major systems including engines, transmissions, differentials, brakes, steering, and electric drive units and controls.
•Apply safe work practices and support a strong safety-first culture across the shop and plant environment.
•Contribute to continuous improvement efforts using problem-solving and practices such as 5S, RCA, and LEAN.
•Maintain dependable attendance, work full shifts, and support overtime needs as required.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent required.
•At least 5 years of journeyperson-level repair experience in industrial, construction, mining, agriculture, or heavy truck equipment.
•Basic computer skills required.

•Ability to successfully complete a two-phase hiring assessment process.
