Key Responsibilities

•Build a variety of pilot and pre-production assemblies using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for mission-critical components, including high-voltage power systems and complex electromechanical assemblies.
•Work independently on assigned projects while remaining flexible to daily task changes.
•Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area, utilizing 5S best practices, and adhere to the firm’s safety protocols.
•Run line trials for new products and processes, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production deliverables.
•Provide feedback on assembly issues, driving continuous process improvements and solutions; pilot and lead Kaizen events as necessary
