Key Responsibilities

  • •Build a variety of pilot and pre-production assemblies using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for mission-critical components, including high-voltage power systems and complex electromechanical assemblies.
  • •Work independently on assigned projects while remaining flexible to daily task changes.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area, utilizing 5S best practices, and adhere to the firm’s safety protocols.
  • •Run line trials for new products and processes, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production deliverables.
  • •Provide feedback on assembly issues, driving continuous process improvements and solutions; pilot and lead Kaizen events as necessary
