Key Responsibilities

  • •Own queries and data logic behind monthly close reporting, tax reporting (VAT, DST, GRT and equivalents), reserve/provisioning, transaction and cash-rollforward schedules across all markets.
  • •Deliver external audit support by providing loan-level listing details, cash rollforward schedules, subsequent-collections, and guarantee asset/liability reports throughout the audit cycle.
  • •Ensure end-to-end traceability by connecting and documenting requests, queries, and final outputs to an audit-ready standard.
  • •Improve documentation and governance by migrating under-documented reporting off legacy infrastructure (Business_DB) onto the Presentation Layer/dbt with testing and version control.
  • •Own reconciliation logic and the “numbers must tie” standard, including loan-level/cash-rollforward and partner/channeling reconciliation across multi-entity, multi-market regulatory variants.

Key Requirements

  • •4–6 years in data/analytics roles with substantial experience in financial or accounting reporting.
  • •Expert SQL and fluency with Snowflake (or equivalent cloud data warehouse), including refactoring and documenting inherited queries and stored procedures.
  • •Direct experience working with external auditors (Big-4 statutory audits preferred), including audit-cycle and loan-level/reconciliation request support.
  • •Experience documenting business processes, reporting logic, and functional requirements for repeatable, maintainable solutions.
  • •Experience producing month-end close, tax, and regulatory reporting, ideally across multiple markets/entities.
