Job Summary

Lead the deployment, industrialization, and maintenance of AI solutions across multiple regions, translating the company’s AI strategy into concrete AI assets. Provide strong leadership to multidisciplinary AI and data science teams, define make-or-buy AI partner strategy, and help drive ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the overall deployment, industrialization, and maintenance of AI solutions across regions (NorAm, EME, SEA, Latam, Chine).
•Translate Sephora’s AI strategy into concrete AI assets, leveraging multidisciplinary expert teams led by AI Leads.
•Orchestrate and challenge the design of AI solutions, assessing in-house versus off-the-shelf options.
•Ensure AI model scalability by defining development frameworks and building reusable core model algorithms.
•Define monitoring standards (MLOps, LLMOps) to guarantee reliability and performance in production, while providing leadership to AI/data science teams and ensuring consistency across AI developments.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, advanced analytics, or related fields, including significant leadership experience.
•Track record delivering AI strategies in complex, large-scale organizations.
•Strong expertise in AI technologies and methods, connecting technical capabilities to business outcomes.
•Experience leading and managing multidisciplinary teams and driving execution across multiple stakeholders.
•Mastery of the GCP stack and reference solutions in data science and AI domains.
