Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the overall deployment, industrialization, and maintenance of AI solutions across regions (NorAm, EME, SEA, Latam, Chine).
  • •Translate Sephora’s AI strategy into concrete AI assets, leveraging multidisciplinary expert teams led by AI Leads.
  • •Orchestrate and challenge the design of AI solutions, assessing in-house versus off-the-shelf options.
  • •Ensure AI model scalability by defining development frameworks and building reusable core model algorithms.
  • •Define monitoring standards (MLOps, LLMOps) to guarantee reliability and performance in production, while providing leadership to AI/data science teams and ensuring consistency across AI developments.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, advanced analytics, or related fields, including significant leadership experience.
  • •Track record delivering AI strategies in complex, large-scale organizations.
  • •Strong expertise in AI technologies and methods, connecting technical capabilities to business outcomes.
  • •Experience leading and managing multidisciplinary teams and driving execution across multiple stakeholders.
  • •Mastery of the GCP stack and reference solutions in data science and AI domains.
