Build strong relationships with customers through proactive outreach and follow-up, delivering a consistent client experience across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. Assess customer banking needs, process information, and recommend deposit and loan products aligned to each client’s goals. Open accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications while educating clients on emerging self-service and digital tools. Partner with branch teams and operationalize accuracy and excellence.
