Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive complex, cross-functional programs across AppEx engineering teams from scoping through delivery.
  • •Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and Principal Engineers to define program roadmaps, dependencies, and execution plans.
  • •Act as connective tissue across AppEx sub-orgs to keep programs aligned and unblocked.
  • •Establish and maintain reporting cadences for milestones, risks, decisions, and engineering health; proactively escalate as needed.
  • •Drive cross-org alignment on shared APIs, integration points, and developer-facing feature launches across multiple product surfaces.

Salary: USD 166,000 - 238,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of technical program management experience in a cloud software company, owning complex cross-team programs end-to-end.
  • •Experience building developer-facing products and/or platform engineering, with strong understanding of shipping at scale.
  • •Ability to work directly with engineers and architects and go deep into technical design when needed to keep execution on track.
  • •Strong cross-functional leadership skills, driving alignment across Engineering, Product, Design, and Go-to-Market without formal authority.
  • •Experience with a modern cloud-native software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, release management, and API-first development.
