Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience for Coach clients while meeting personal and store sales goals. Build long-term client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice, and drive revenue via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling, and social selling tools (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations, inventory cycles, and brand initiatives while maintaining service standards.
