Oversee hospitality and event operations within the Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Strategy (CRE&WS) team, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across associates, clients, and guests. Own end-to-end event planning and execution with service providers, manage event requests, room reservations, scheduling workflows, and coordinate vendors. Support budget oversight, operational reporting, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement in guest and employee experience.
