Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively identify and interpret applicable regulatory rules, regulations, and guidance, ensuring ongoing compliance in the production of returns.
  • •Develop, implement, document, and maintain processes and controls to support Monzo’s regulatory reporting interpretations.
  • •Review capital, liquidity, and other regulatory returns to ensure compliance and facilitate accurate, complete, and timely reporting.
  • •Partner with engineers and data scientists to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely data sourcing across the reporting suite, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve ambiguities safely.
  • •Drive automation of regulatory reporting (implementation, user acceptance testing, and maintenance) and support governance and continuous improvement.
