Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and specify landing gear systems, subsystems, components, and structural architectures to meet safety, quality, cost, and operational requirements.
  • •Perform load, stress, and risk analyses to qualify and certify landing gear modules throughout the system lifecycle.
  • •Drive system integration and V&V processes aligned with A-400M configuration and safety standards.
  • •Manage continued airworthiness and deliver technical risk and safety assessments for critical operational challenges.
  • •Provide expert engineering support to MAP, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and customer support, including supplier interactions.

Key Requirements

  • •Aeronautical Engineering Degree or a related engineering discipline.
  • •At least 10 years of experience in the aeronautical and military industries.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in the A-400M Program.
  • •At least 5 years of experience within a Landing Gear Design Office (DO).
  • •Proficiency in landing gear systems design, load/stress analysis, specification generation, and certification.
