Staff Engineer - Mechanical

Serve as a technical leader for the design, development, qualification, and lifecycle support of In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) products. Lead complex electro-mechanical mechanical engineering initiatives across multiple aerospace programs, resolving challenges spanning thermal management, structural integrity, vibration, EMI/ESD, reliability, and manufacturability. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program management while mentoring engineers and influencing design strategy to meet cost, performance, and compliance goals.
