Retail Area Leader I/II - New Jersey Area

Lead a regional group of retail bank branches (about 14–27) to achieve sales and service goals. Drive continuous improvements in retail and small business sales effectiveness through coaching, counseling, feedback, and reinforcement of the bank’s sales and credit cultures. Monitor performance via financial and activity reports, identify gaps, and develop plans. Collaborate across business lines to support client engagement, operational soundness, risk management, and balanced branch performance.
