Key Responsibilities

  • •Support payroll systems activities that improve payroll process efficiency, accuracy, and global alignment.
  • •Provide practical technical and process support to payroll teams, including issue investigation, troubleshooting, and query resolution.
  • •Build, test, and maintain Spinifex reports and report enhancements to ensure accurate, fit-for-purpose outputs aligned to approved requirements.
  • •Support payroll testing, including UAT planning, UAT design, execution, reconciliation, and validation of system changes.
  • •Perform payroll data analysis to identify anomalies, investigate root causes, validate outcomes, and recommend solutions, while maintaining payroll systems documentation and knowledge articles.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience working with payroll systems and end-to-end payroll processing, controls, and compliance requirements.
  • •Experience building, maintaining, and supporting Spinifex (SpinFX) reports and responding to reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
  • •Strong SAP Payroll experience, including reporting and testing, and understanding downstream impacts of system changes.
  • •Advanced Excel and payroll data analysis skills to identify anomalies, investigate root causes, validate outcomes, and recommend solutions.
  • •Experience supporting payroll testing activities (UAT planning, design, execution, reconciliation, and validation) with strong stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • •Experience supporting payroll environments across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, and working across Payroll, HR and IS&T functions will be highly regarded.
