Key Responsibilities

  • •Design a 1–3 year business plan with key stakeholders and develop tailored sales plans to penetrate untapped markets and expand into new geographies.
  • •Achieve annual territory sales targets and deliver revenue and profit objectives, monitoring performance and using data-driven insights to address gaps.
  • •Develop and monitor sales KPIs, drive sales velocity, and report regularly to stakeholders on progress and trading conditions.
  • •Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, managing resources and conducting ongoing 1:1 reviews and performance management.
  • •Represent the organization externally with stakeholders and partner groups to unlock opportunities, and execute strategic projects aligned with Six Sigma improvement criteria.
