Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead administration and delivery of major, high-value road and transport infrastructure contracts to meet time, cost, quality, safety, and contractual objectives.
  • •Act as Superintendent / Contract Administrator / Administrator’s Representative / Principal’s Representative depending on project and client requirements.
  • •Provide senior contractual and commercial leadership across the full project lifecycle, from mobilisation through completion and close-out.
  • •Manage and administer complex construction contracts in line with contractual requirements, TMR standards, policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
  • •Lead assessment and management of variations, claims, extensions of time, payment claims, contractual notices, and other commercial matters; resolve complex issues through judgement and negotiation.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification recognised by Engineers Australia.
  • •RPEQ registration.
  • •Extensive experience administering and delivering major road infrastructure projects.
  • •Significant experience acting as Contract Administrator, Superintendent, Administrator’s Representative, or Principal’s Representative.
  • •Strong experience administering complex road infrastructure construction contracts, including TIC-CO, D&C, CPA, Alliance or equivalent contracts.
