Key Responsibilities

•Define and maintain a rolling 3-year workforce plan aligned to cybersecurity financial and group workforce location strategies.
•Manage multi-year service line FRP (FTE and $), including budgeting, planning, cost optimization, forecasting, accruals, and transparent reporting.
•Own third-party management across deal initiation, business case development, negotiation/support for deal structuring, and approvals/execution including purchase orders.
•Oversee change portfolio management for service line(s), coordinate programme setup in Clarity, and provide MI for tracking deliverables and milestones.
•Manage programme financial reporting, validate benefits, handle governance actions for the service line CIO, and support external stakeholders on behalf of the CIO.

Key Requirements

•Proven track record in senior executive leadership and management roles within the financial services industry, preferably multinational banks.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills for senior audiences and tailored messaging.
•Understanding of cybersecurity plus broad technology and risk management experience, including control design/implementation and incident response.
•Track record of creating and leading a high-performance global team.
•Deep financial and commercial awareness, including managing significant financial/resource plans and project portfolio management.
