Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development of system-level architectures and board-level implementations
•Prepare and oversee specifications, BOM, design, and schematic entry
•Supervise design work by junior engineers and external suppliers
•Make critical decisions related to PCB layout guidelines and supervise Layout Engineers
•Utilize simulation tools to analyze designs and ensure they meet requirements

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
•Experience in analog and digital design
•Proficiency in high-speed serial interfaces (e.g., SAS/SATA, PCIe, USB)
•Strong PCB layout knowledge and signal integrity debugging
•Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers and coordinate with external suppliers
