Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate process gas, bulk gas, specialty gas, chemical delivery, and scrubber system project execution, including scope/schedule/cost/quality/safety tracking and risk mitigation.
  • •Coordinate design review and technical interfaces across A&E consultants, contractors, internal facilities teams, utilities providers, and local authorities through design, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
  • •Ensure QA/QC, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance by tracking non-conformances/punch lists and reviewing high-risk activities and job hazard analyses before execution.
  • •Manage and direct technicians for Bulk Gases, Spec Chemical design, Scrubber, and BMS/SCADA monitoring; represent Facilities in collaborating cross-functionally to meet company goals.
  • •Own facilities system improvement and reliability efforts, including troubleshooting, system upgrade evaluation, optimization, energy/water-saving initiatives, and support for RODI and WWTP operations as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Environmental/Chemical Engineering or Physics with minimum 5 years of experience in a Semiconductor field.
  • •Operational, project, and construction experience in TCGM is preferred.
  • •Certified Professional under DOE regulations (CePSO) is an added advantage.
  • •Proven experience in industrial, semiconductor, greenfield/brownfield, construction, or facilities projects.
  • •Proficiency in reviewing drawings/specifications/calculations/method statements and strong project and contractor management, cost/schedule/quality/risk control skills.
