  • •Proven experience applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to solve complex business and technical challenges, including required healthcare industry experience (PBM preferred).
  • •Strong background in Agile Product Management, including backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, and iterative product delivery.
  • •Translate business needs into actionable product and technical requirements as the voice of the customer.
  • •Define and document system features, user stories, and acceptance criteria with business and engineering stakeholders.
  • •Validate product functionality through testing, user feedback, and continuous improvement, while identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.
