Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and maintain the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment.
  • •Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls across multiple business entities.
  • •Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability using SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Fiori tools.
  • •Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for SAP-related issues and system incidents.
  • •Support integrations between SAP systems, SAP BTP, APIs, and external applications, including coordinating upgrades, releases, patches, and change management.
