Head of Fund Operations

Lead the Capital Management domain to deliver capital calls, distributions, treasury services, and day-to-day fund operations across multiple European markets. You’ll manage senior operational specialists and build scalable, high-quality operating teams while partnering with Product and Engineering to automate manual work and improve tooling. Cross-functionally collaborate with Fund Accounting, Investor Onboarding, Fund Implementations, and Customer Success to enhance customer experience and resolve escalations in complex fund environments.
