Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support and respond to questions from customers, sales, customer service, applications engineering, and product management teams.
  • •Troubleshoot equipment problems with customers and evaluate service strategies and spare part requirements.
  • •Manage the Authorized Service Centers Network for warranty returns and repair requests, including logging warranty returns.
  • •Evaluate failure modes, document findings, report trends, recommend design changes, and recommend warranty actions.
  • •Deliver on-site training and technical assistance for troubleshooting, service calls, and new tool releases; create training material including videos.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience with a strong mechanical background repairing and maintaining hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric powered equipment, preferably rivet assembly tooling.
  • •Knowledge of quality practices including APQP, control of returned goods, and root cause analysis.
  • •Strong leadership, interpersonal, and computer skills.
  • •Project management skills with emphasis on meeting deadlines.
  • •3D CAD background and modeling experience (SolidWorks) preferred.
