Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Capital Markets technology programs, including execution, governance, financial oversight, and risk management.
•Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders as the primary technology delivery leader and strategic advisor.
•Guide engineering, architecture, product, and delivery teams to design and implement scalable, secure, cloud-native technology solutions using Agile.
•Drive modernization across enterprise platforms, APIs, distributed systems, post-trade processing, DTCC integration, and market infrastructure.
•Identify and embed AI-enabled capabilities, including Agentic AI architectures and intelligent automation, into enterprise technology programs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 183,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of technology consulting, engineering, or enterprise delivery experience, including leading large-scale Capital Markets technology programs.
•Deep knowledge of Capital Markets operating models, post-trade processing, and market infrastructure, with hands-on DTCC products and services experience.
•Proven success leading large multidisciplinary technology teams and executive-level client engagements, supported by an enterprise architecture background.
•Experience delivering cloud-native, distributed application architectures and applying Agile delivery methodologies and software development best practices.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
