Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages at The Taste of Smithfield. Create daily and seasonal crafted cocktail specials, maintain the wine program and tap beer selection, and ensure accurate dating, labeling, and rotation. Keep the bar area clean and safe by following alcohol handling, sanitation, and health regulations. Support retail merchandising, assist with social media/website content, and help run private dinner parties and holiday events.
