Software Engineer Back-End II, APPT

Build robust backend systems and APIs for Etsy’s mobile app within a multidisciplinary App T engineering team. Partner with native engineers, product and design to integrate features, write clean code with thorough documentation, and participate in code reviews. Troubleshoot performance issues, prototype and deploy large-scale improvements, and run experiments using data to validate impact. This role reports to the Engineering Manager and contributes directly to growing app traffic.
