Job Summary

Join Northern Trust Luxembourg Transfer Agency as an AML Consultant, providing AML compliance services for fund administration. You will onboard/offboard investors, manage fund launches and transitions, assess investor risk and collect documentation to meet regulations, and transmit communications to Clients/Investors. You’ll oversee AML activities (overnight screening with Fircosoft, ongoing due diligence, transaction monitoring) and support audits, in a proactive, detail‑oriented team.

Key Responsibilities

•On boarding and Off boarding of Investors and related AML processes
•Management of fund launches and transition testing for Investor AML
•Analyse investor profiles, determine risk level and collect required documentation per laws and internal policy
•Transmit relevant communications to Clients/Investors
•Overnight screening management through Fircosoft and ongoing due diligence, with escalation as needed

Key Requirements

•Sound knowledge of Transfer Agency duties ideally in a similar role and of financial markets
•Experience in a similar role of equivalent for at least 3 years
•Fluency in English (both written and spoken). French or German is a distinct advantage
•Good understanding of IT system flows and mastering MS Office
•Attention to detail and focus on quality (working with accuracy)
