Be the face of Vans in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering customer-first service and creating memorable shopping experiences. Engage customers with genuine interactions, product knowledge, and brand/community education to drive sales and meet individual and team goals. Support visual merchandising, product replenishment, cashier duties, and loss prevention, while maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-ready store and following safety and company policies.
