Job Summary

Design, develop, optimize, and support enterprise data pipelines and database-driven reporting solutions in a fast-paced environment. Build and tune complex SQL queries and database objects in MSSQL and MySQL, develop scalable ETL workflows using Pentaho (or similar), and create Python-based automation. Maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau/SSRS, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, ensure data quality and governance, and collaborate with stakeholders and US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data integration workflows.
•Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects in MSSQL and MySQL.
•Build Python-based automation scripts and data processing utilities to support data pipelines and reporting.
•Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS.
•Analyze and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in SQL queries, ETL jobs, and reporting systems.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant industry experience in software engineering, ETL, or data engineering roles.
•Strong expertise in SQL with hands-on experience using MSSQL and MySQL, including query optimization and performance tuning.
•Hands-on experience with Pentaho Data Integration (PDI) or equivalent ETL tools for ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.
•Experience with Python scripting for automation, data processing utilities, and end-to-end pipeline support.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience working with global teams and US-based clients.
