  • •Coordinate, plan, and schedule project implementation, resources, and the financial plan.
  • •Supervise and lead the project plan and schedule while setting team expectations and balancing workloads.
  • •Plan, schedule, and coordinate activities of electrical, mechanical, and engineering subcontractors.
  • •Lead, supervise, and archive contract documents (primary contracts, change orders, proposals, correspondence, and compliance matrices).
  • •Anticipate, recognize, and negotiate scope changes while managing contract risk and technical risk mitigation; support proposal kickoff and bid coordination with Sales.
