Job Summary

Lead full lifecycle engineering projects supporting water and wastewater control system solutions, from proposals and awards through design, procurement, factory acceptance testing, delivery, installation, commissioning, closeout, and warranty support. Coordinate detailed project implementation, resources, schedules, and budgets; supervise subcontractors; manage contract documents and change negotiations; and align with Sales and engineering teams to mitigate technical and contractual risks. Based in Seattle with on-site work for King County facilities.

•Lead, supervise, and archive contract documents (primary contracts, change orders, proposals, correspondence, and compliance matrices).
•Anticipate, recognize, and negotiate scope changes while managing contract risk and technical risk mitigation; support proposal kickoff and bid coordination with Sales.
