Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
  • •Serve as the day-to-day HR resource for plant employees and leaders at the assigned site.
  • •Collaborate with centralized HR teams for benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, learning & development, and payroll.
  • •Manage leaves of absence and accommodations, including FMLA and ADA, with record maintenance and vendor coordination.
  • •Handle employee relations including performance management, discipline, arbitration, and support union contract interpretation and grievance handling.

Key Requirements
