Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles, using advanced sourcing (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, referrals, networking) and market intelligence to build pipelines—especially for passive, hard-to-reach candidates—while delivering a high-touch candidate experience and maintaining recruiting system metrics.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and business units, partnering with hiring managers on search strategy, candidate engagement, interviewing, and offer execution.
•Proactively identify and engage talent using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter Gem, Greenhouse, referrals, and networking) to build pipelines of qualified candidates, especially passive candidates.
•Deliver a high-touch, responsive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage with clear communication and strong follow-through.
•Develop talent market and industry intelligence to shape search strategy and support hiring decisions.
•Maintain data accuracy and process discipline across recruiting systems using metrics and pipeline insights to drive improvements.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, including at least one year of hands-on technical recruiting exposure.

•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders professionally.
•Ability to quickly learn complex technical concepts and translate technology market insight into recruiting strategy.
•A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
