Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the design, development, validation, and productionization of AI/ML models for financial forecasting.
  • •Analyze historical data to identify predictive features and business-relevant patterns for forecasting.
  • •Build time-series forecasting models and assess forecast accuracy against agreed thresholds.
  • •Create a Conversational AI layer using Azure OpenAI with RAG patterns to support natural-language queries over financial and workforce data.
  • •Operationalize and monitor models using MLOps pipelines (model registry, monitoring, retraining triggers) and document model cards, experiments, assumptions, and limitations for audit governance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years hands-on Python for data science using pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, statsmodels, and Jupyter.
  • •Deep experience in time-series forecasting including Prophet, ARIMA/SARIMA, exponential smoothing, XGBoost/LightGBM, and deep learning (LSTM/Transformer).
  • •Strong statistical modeling skills including regression/classification/clustering, feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, cross-validation, and evaluation.
  • •Hands-on with Azure Machine Learning (AML), MLflow, Azure OpenAI, and model deployment (endpoints or batch jobs).
  • •Practical GenAI/LLM experience with prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector stores (Azure AI Search/FAISS/Pinecone), and LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
