Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and manage all stages of product innovation projects, including scoping, ideation, proofs, business case, implementation, and commercialization.
  • •Use model shop and 3D printing resources to drive prototype design and development.
  • •Work with the pilot plant on installation and start-up of new/prototype molds or tooling.
  • •Lead data-driven decision-making, manage risks, and report deviations on time, cost, and deliverables to senior management.
  • •Ensure compliance with Amcor policies, applicable industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (related field) or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum of four (4) years of relevant engineering experience in manufacturing and product innovation.
  • •Experience with 2D design and 3D CAD modeling programs.
  • •Prior experience working in a packaging development and innovation environment.
  • •Ability to complete required training and certifications to safely work in lab or production facilities; willingness to travel up to 20%.
