Job Summary

Join HelloFresh’s HelloTech in Warsaw to build and scale backend services for the Loyalty & Rewards domain. Job Function: Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable backend services and APIs in the Loyalty and Rewards domain, collaborating closely with frontend/mobile teams.
•Drive Loyalty ROI by designing and shipping features that encourage members to earn, track, and spend their points.
•Maintain an aggressive development cadence, turning hypotheses into live experiments in days rather than weeks.
•Shape the backlog by contributing hypotheses based on data from customer behavior to decide what is built.
•Ensure seamless and resilient integration across services and domains through strong system integration focus.

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying scalable backend services. Proficiency in Go and/or PHP is preferred; experience with JVM languages (Java, Kotlin) is a plus.
