Key Responsibilities

•Define and maintain global pricing tiering and architecture across all product franchises to ensure brand consistency and clear consumer navigation.
•Establish and own global price lists and price ladders, ensuring seamless handovers to Regional Leads for local execution.
•Analyze and optimize product portfolio mix to protect and enhance target global margins.
•Author product price briefs and establish markdown and product lifecycle frameworks to manage profitability end-to-end.
•Identify white spots, track pricing elasticity performance, and translate consumer research into actionable pricing inputs for upstream planning.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in global pricing, product merchandising, commercial strategy, or management consulting in premium sportswear, fashion, or luxury consumer goods.
•Manage complex product portfolios, optimize product mix, and deliver gross margin expansion.
•Expertise in quantitative pricing models including Conjoint analysis (Discrete Choice Experiments) and Van Westendorp Price Sensitivity Meters (PSM).
•Design and leverage qualitative research frameworks (e.g., focus groups, depth interviews) and competitive benchmarking to decode consumer value and brand equity triggers.
•Strong stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams and present to executive boards.
