Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide clinical support throughout the customer relationship lifecycle, including pre-sale presentations and demonstrations of the Ultrasound portfolio.
  • •Train customers and re-train hospital staff on optimal equipment usage and on updates, upgrades, and version changes.
  • •Conduct regular customer visits to gather feedback on training delivery quality and overall satisfaction.
  • •Promote Philips Healthcare solutions through customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars, and trade shows while supporting product launches and sales input.
  • •Manage safety and compliance requirements (including radiation protection, health and safety regulations) and report customer feedback according to quality standards.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Postgraduate studies in Cardiac Sonography are required.
  • •In-depth clinical experience within a public and/or private echocardiography department.
  • •Experience with Advanced Imaging technologies or cardiac catheterization/hybrid labs is highly regarded.
  • •Experience presenting and training, or experience within a commercial environment is highly regarded.
  • •Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
