Job Summary

Support Philips Ultrasound customers across the NSW/ACT territory by delivering pre-sale presentations and hands-on demonstrations, then training users on optimal equipment use after installation. Partner with Account Managers and key stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction and improve patient care efficiency. Promote Philips Healthcare solutions at customer visits and events, manage safety and quality requirements (including radiation protection), and report customer feedback while staying current on cardiac ultrasound application updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide clinical support throughout the customer relationship lifecycle, including pre-sale presentations and demonstrations of the Ultrasound portfolio.
•Train customers and re-train hospital staff on optimal equipment usage and on updates, upgrades, and version changes.
•Conduct regular customer visits to gather feedback on training delivery quality and overall satisfaction.
•Promote Philips Healthcare solutions through customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars, and trade shows while supporting product launches and sales input.
•Manage safety and compliance requirements (including radiation protection, health and safety regulations) and report customer feedback according to quality standards.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Postgraduate studies in Cardiac Sonography are required.
•In-depth clinical experience within a public and/or private echocardiography department.
•Experience with Advanced Imaging technologies or cardiac catheterization/hybrid labs is highly regarded.
•Experience presenting and training, or experience within a commercial environment is highly regarded.
•Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
