Job Summary

Build and own Mintlayer’s institutional partnership and capital pipeline, driving outreach and relationship development with family offices, sovereign wealth funds, asset managers, and Bitcoin treasury holders. Manage the full BD cycle from first contact to signed agreements, create account plans, and provide pipeline updates and close probabilities to senior leadership. Represent Mintlayer at GCC and European investor conferences and partner with IR to introduce institutional partners to Interest.One fund vehicles.

•Build and manage the institutional partnership and capital pipeline across GCC, Europe, and Asia.
•Drive outreach and relationship development with target accounts including family offices, sovereign wealth funds, asset managers, and BTC treasury holders.
•Own the full BD cycle from first contact through to signed agreement independently.
•Develop account plans for highest-priority institutional targets and track close probabilities.
•Represent Mintlayer at GCC and European institutional investor conferences and work with IR on partner introductions to Interest.One fund vehicles.
