Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the company’s global HSE strategy across U.S. operations.
  • •Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, standards, and management systems to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • •Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and state/local regulatory requirements, including monitoring regulatory developments.
  • •Oversee incident reporting, investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action tracking; analyze trends to proactively reduce risk.
  • •Conduct site visits, audits, inspections, and training programs; integrate acquired businesses into the corporate HSE framework.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
  • •Minimum 8 years of progressive HSE experience managing multiple facilities, business units, and/or geographic regions.
  • •Strong knowledge of OSHA, CAL OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and general environmental compliance requirements.
  • •Experience developing, implementing, and administering HSE programs and management systems.
  • •Ability to conduct audits, investigations, risk assessments, and manage corrective actions, with travel of ~20–30% within the U.S.
