Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain category sourcing strategies, including RFIs/RFPs/SOIs, bidder governance, bid packages, and contracting strategies.
  • •Execute sourcing events, lead commercial evaluations, and negotiate commercial terms and procurement approvals for award recommendations.
  • •Draft, negotiate, and execute construction contracts and amendments; define risk allocation and ensure compliance with policies and approval authorities.
  • •Administer post-award contract governance: onboarding, change orders/modifications, pay applications/invoice review, contingency tracking, and contract compliance.
  • •Perform should-cost and benchmark cost modeling, track pricing/escalation and supplier performance, and produce audit-ready analytical documentation with executive insights.
