Job Summary

Lead the strategy and P&L for a portfolio of dmg events across multi-market environments (Africa, Middle East, Asia), coordinating Sales, Marketing, Content and Operations to drive long-term growth, commercial performance and industry impact. Own budgets, forecasting, and revenue targets while advancing partnerships with government bodies and key stakeholders to strengthen market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the overall event strategy, ensuring long-term growth, market relevance, and competitive positioning.
•Own and manage the full event P&L, including revenue delivery, cost control, and profitability.
•Drive total sales performance across the event portfolio and develop new revenue streams and sponsorship opportunities.
•Build and maintain strategic relationships with government bodies, industry associations, partners, and stakeholders.
•Oversee operational planning to ensure events are delivered to high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Events, or related field.
•10+ years in exhibitions/events with portfolio leadership responsibility.
•Proven experience managing full P&L and multi-channel sales (direct, agent, partner).
•Experience in multi-market environments (Africa/Middle East/Asia preferred).
•Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with ability to lead cross-functional teams.
