Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, cross-selling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to drive repeat purchases, maintain KPIs, and complete key operational tasks like inventory and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach style and service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, fashion advice, and follow-up to close sales.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations, including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and handle physical demands, including lifting up to 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering sales floor/stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping/video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition (preferred).
