Key Requirements

  • •3–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house, early stage experience preferred).
  • •Experience recruiting for engineering or other technical roles.
  • •Demonstrated success hiring AI/ML Engineers, Product Engineers, and/or Platform/Infra Engineers.
  • •Strong ability to translate technical work into a compelling candidate narrative.
  • •Ability to build metrics-driven pipelines that convert and operate with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment.
