Lead and scale the Executive Briefing program for Anthropic, coordinating with GTM, Product Marketing, Solutions, and executive leadership to design, execute, and measure high-impact briefings for strategic enterprise customers. Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the Executive Briefing program, including formats, qualification criteria, intake from Sales, capacity planning, calendar, and SLAs.
•Govern which strategic accounts and executives receive a briefing each quarter in partnership with GTM leadership and surface accounts to engage.
•Lead discovery with account teams to understand objectives and translate them into a tailored agenda.
•Own agenda design and co-own development with Product Marketing, shaping narrative arcs and selecting topics, leaders, and demos.
•Build and manage the speaker bench, prep, and capacity to avoid over-asking, plus day-of orchestration and customer experience standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 255,000 - 320,000 annually

•Built or significantly scaled an executive briefing program with defined qualification criteria, intake process, and a managed speaker bench.
•Fluency with enterprise technology narratives and comfortable shaping stories for specific customers while orchestrating programs around them.
•Track record as a strong operator at high volume, with many briefings in flight and rigorous tracking.
•Demonstrated credibility with enterprise Sales leadership and account teams as an advisor on briefing strategy and account engagement.
•Executive presence with Fortune 500 VP- and C-level customers; able to run discovery, host the room, and facilitate executive conversations.
