Foreperson

Lead a solar installation crew of three to six members, ensuring safe, high-quality residential and small commercial project completion. Organize and train crew members, manage day-to-day construction workflow, maintain project documentation, and keep customer relations strong throughout installation. Resolve worker issues, provide feedback to management, and step in as acting supervisor when needed. Perform service calls when necessary.
