Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and coordinate the implementation of small CAPEX projects and investment programs on site.
  • •Monitor project progress, resolve operational bottlenecks, and escalate risks or issues as appropriate.
  • •Act as the primary liaison between the CAPEX department and the plant’s production, maintenance, and technical teams; facilitate planning meetings and cross-functional reviews.
  • •Support project documentation and maintain accurate records of activities, approvals, and correspondence.
  • •Collect progress data for internal reporting; monitor KPIs and milestones and prepare regular project dashboards for CAPEX and plant management.
