Job Summary

Coordinate and control small-scale CAPEX programs at the plant level, ensuring investments are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with safety and quality standards. Serve as the key liaison between the central CAPEX team and plant production, maintenance, and technical groups, facilitating planning meetings, tracking progress and KPIs, and producing project dashboards. Support documentation, approvals, and reporting while escalating risks and maintaining compliance through permit-to-work procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and coordinate the implementation of small CAPEX projects and investment programs on site.
•Monitor project progress, resolve operational bottlenecks, and escalate risks or issues as appropriate.
•Act as the primary liaison between the CAPEX department and the plant’s production, maintenance, and technical teams; facilitate planning meetings and cross-functional reviews.
•Support project documentation and maintain accurate records of activities, approvals, and correspondence.
•Collect progress data for internal reporting; monitor KPIs and milestones and prepare regular project dashboards for CAPEX and plant management.
