•Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Merchandising to design automation strategies that improve marketing spend efficiency.
•Write clear technical requirements and user stories to remove workflow friction and improve team velocity.
•Build business cases, prioritize roadmap scope, and establish quantitative metrics to measure feature value (e.g., CLV, ROAS, retention loops); mentor cross-functional product talent.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of Product Management focused on marketing technology, emphasizing backend martech infrastructure, data platform architectures, or growth engines.
•Design, scale, or manage Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), customer identity resolution/graphs, and cross-channel marketing automation frameworks.
•Technical ownership of enterprise-scale transaction/entitlement infrastructure, loyalty programs, or automated promotional engines (e.g., site credits, coupons, points).
•Proven track record leading multiple concurrent engineering squads or highly technical, cross-functional platform initiatives.
•Experience with core software development workflows, web technologies, complex API integrations, and high-scale technical backlogs; strong quantitative/analytical expertise (e.g., CLV, ROAS).
